It is a bolero written by bassist Tómas R. Einarsson (melody) and the Icelandic Nobel Prize writer Halldór Laxness (lyrics). The tune is from Einarsson’s CD Mannabörn (2013). Sigríður Thorlacius (The Female Singer of the Year at the The Icelandic Music Awards 2013) performs here in a UNICEF program at the Icelandic State Television in September 2014.
